Pay it forward

A Portland Oregon man only named as Dave, surprised people at a Chevron station and offered to pay their gas fillup if they would pay it forward. He would pick random cars to fill up and pay for. One man was almost in tears at what "Dave" did because he had had a very crappy week and this random act of kindness overwhelmed him.
